Hello Team Aspire. Week 13 (July 30) of our 28 week training schedule to the Aspire Urgent Care and Family Medicine Harrisburg Marathon and Relay is a “back down” week. So if you’ve missed a couple of weeks from vacationing, this is a great week to catch up with us. We will run 5 miles at HACC and Wildwood Lake. August 13th (probably Conewago Trail)-need 1 more person
